Investor Relations

An SEIS round of up to £250,000 is planned for early 2027 to run the pilot and the first full cycle.

Graduate Anywhere Limited intends to raise through a regulated equity crowdfunding platform, with the round opening around February 2027 once HMRC advance assurance for SEIS has been obtained and legal advice taken. Nothing on this page is an offer or invitation to invest; the regulated pitch, when live, will contain the terms. Until then we are building a list of people who would like to hear when it opens.

Milestones, from today

  1. Oct 2026 – Jan 2027Document the three pilot routes (Studielink, uni-assist, Portuguese international rounds) with first-hand university correspondence. Build the eligibility matrix for 30 to 40 English-taught bachelor's degrees. Register with the ICO, complete the DPIA, draft terms, apply for SEIS advance assurance, open a waitlist in two or three partner sixth forms.
  2. Feb – Jul 2027Round opens, subject to assurance. Pilot cohort of roughly ten students for September 2027 entry, served personally and at cost. Evidence sought: time per application, document-error rates, universities' response to our prepared packs, willingness to pay.
  3. Aug 2027 – Jul 2028Phase 1 for September 2028 entry: platform build on the documented routes, first operations hire, sixth-form talks and careers-adviser outreach across England, target 600 paid applications. First partner-university conversations, with the independence policy published before any agreement.
  4. 2028Seed round against pilot and Phase 1 evidence. Add Spain, Italy, France and Ireland as routes are documented. Price review. Professional review of any ancillary-service lines before they are launched.

The 2027 dates depend on HMRC's processing time and on platform acceptance; both are outside our control and could move the pilot to a smaller, self-funded cohort.
